General updates and modifications

- Look & Feel updates
	o Modernized common controls such as buttons, checkboxes, radio buttons, and sliders
	o Adjusted the flame icon rendering to match the window size regardless of screen resolution
	o Re-named certain dialogue boxes and menu items to maintain consistency
	o Updated numerous UI Text elements (mostly menu items, captions, and labels)
	o Find Available Scanners dialog now supports horizontal scrolling of results

- iScan3+ "rich" Product Code is now shown (4 hex digits) in the Status dialog (prior models now display 2 hex digits, always 00 for MB and 01 for SB)
- Functionality included to write scanner name to the scanner and read device name from the scanner
- Fixed the broken support link in Help > Support and Help > About
- Added/updated First Out messages
- In the Status dialog, scanner information is listed in this order: Model/Serial#/Firmware line
	o Burner Type (MB, SB, or SB4) has been moved down a line if it is a pre-iScan3+ model
	o For iS3+, the line shows the "Product Code: <CommonID>"
- Flame charts:
	o For the Flame Frequency chart, all changes apply to both the live data feed and recording playback except where noted
	o Spelled out "Flame Frequency" and "Flame Signal" in caption (was "FFR" and "FS")
	o Changed Flame Frequency secondary table label to "Flicker Freq" (was "Filter Freq")
	o Changed Flame Frequency Y Axis labels to omit decimals 
	o Changed Flame Frequency X Axis labels to omit decimals and increments of 50 (was 250/9*2)
	o Changed Flame Signal Y Axis labels to have two decimals and 12 divs i.e. increments of .25 (was 10 divs for .3 increments)
	o Changed Flame Signal X Axis labels to omit decimals


iS3+ updates and modifications

- Modified code to detect and report on iS3+ scanners
- Added Input Current & Input Voltage fields in Scanner Status dialogue box for the iS3+ scanner
- Disabled the Redundant Flame Relay options
- Added support for Updating Scanner Name, Updating Active BT Passcode, Updating Factory BT Passcode, and Restore Factory BT Passcode
	o These menu items are only available for the iScan3+; BT-specific menu items are only available for an iScan3+ w/ BT enabled
	o All of these are accessed from the Setup dialog Settings menu
	o All are gated by a check for Unlocked Settings
	o Update Active BT Passcode and Restore Factory BT Passcode are gated by Flame Off status check
	o Update Active BT Passcode and Restore Factory BT Passcode include confirmation warning that the Scanner will be restarted
	o You may see a Communication Error or two reported immediately after invoking these functions, but the scanner readouts in the UI should recover and resume actively updating in short order
- Add Scanner Icon dialog now prefills default Scanner Name field value w/ the name stored on iScan3+ devices, if any. If no custom name has been set or an earlier model is specified, prior default naming scheme is used
